كتاب البيوع

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ، فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ ‏"
Nos narró Abd Allah ibn Yusuf, nos informó Malik, de Abd Allah ibn Dinar, de Abd Allah ibn Umar (ra), que un hombre mencionó al Profeta ﷺ que era engañado en las compraventas. Entonces dijo: "Cuando conciertes una compraventa, di: «No hay engaño»."
