Sahih al-Bukhari - Hadith 4864

Capítulo: "...And the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muḥammad pbuh to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon). And if they see a sign, they turn away..." (V.54:1,2)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، وَسُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِرْقَتَيْنِ، فِرْقَةً فَوْقَ الْجَبَلِ وَفِرْقَةً دُونَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ اشْهَدُوا ‏"
Nos narró Musaddad; nos narró Yahya; de Shu‘ba y Sufyan; de al-A‘mash; de Ibrahim; de Abu Ma‘mar; de Ibn Mas‘ud, que dijo: “Se partió la luna, en tiempos del Mensajero de Allah ﷺ, en dos partes: una parte por encima de la montaña y otra parte por debajo de ella. Entonces el Mensajero de Allah ﷺ dijo:” «Sed testigos».
