Sahih al-Bukhari - Hadith 2744

Nos relató Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahim: nos relató Zakariyya ibn 'Adi: nos relató Marwan, de Hashim ibn Hashim, de ‘Amir ibn Sa'd, de su padre (ra), que dijo: Enfermé, y el Profeta ﷺ vino a visitarme. Entonces dije: «Oh Mensajero de Allah ﷺ, invoca a Allah para que no me haga volver sobre mis pasos». Dijo: «Quizá Allah te eleve y beneficie por medio de ti a unas gentes». Dije: «Quiero hacer testamento, y solo tengo una hija». Dije: «¿Hago testamento de la mitad?». Dijo: «La mitad es mucho». Dije: «Entonces, ¿de un tercio?». Dijo: «El tercio; y el tercio es mucho o grande». Dijo: Así que la gente hizo testamento de un tercio, y eso les fue permitido.
